Sarah Siskind played with her husband, Travis Book at a September show at Squirrels Pub patio in an intimate outdoor setting with views of Reservoir Hill and a rising moon. Siskind was a Grammy nominee for a song she wrote for Allison Krauss.

The May 29th concert featured award winning songwriter and recording artist Pete Kartsounes and his very special guest Bob Hemenger on saxophone.  The concert was a membership drive for Acoustic Trail.

The programs of Acoustic Trail consists of engaging the Pagosa Springs community and it’s visitors in activities to enhance appreciation and support of local music and musicians.

A series of concerts in the community will be the backbone of accomplishing our goals. The organization will be a hub that links local and emerging musicians and the people who support them. One of our long term goals is to cultivate more musical depth by linking children and adults that would like to learn to play music with established musicians in the area. Networking local and emerging artists with those supportive of the local music scene will provide cohesion to the music and arts sectors of our community thereby boosting and enhancing our community culture.
